Hello everybody!
As you may know, we are accepting staff applications from everybody who is fit for the job. What the staff is looking for in your applications is honesty, maturity, grammar, and good detail. In order to know what is expected from you as a new recruit, we need to know as much from you as possible!
Our first topic is honesty and effort.
For starters, the age is very important. For people considering to apply, people 13 and above are much more trusted with their maturity, and for 12 and below, we expect a lot more from you, since you are at a young age. When applying, please be very honest with your age! This is important to know, so we can know what's going to come from you. Please do not lie. Be honest! Don't just pick the age 16 when you are actually 12 just to get your application all done. Please don't do this. An worthy staff member must have an application with effort put into it. We are looking for Helpers who meet the requirements and go above it. Take your time and don't rush your application. Going back to age, we want a helper who is mature and eager to work in this kind of environment. You must at least have some experience moderating forums or in-game.
Our next topic is maturity.
It is very important for our staff members to take their job seriously. We all want a promising staff team with a great future! In order to accomplish this, we need mature staff members with a working personality. No matter what age you are, or what gender, we care for the maturity that lies in a new recruit. We want a staff member who takes their job seriously and with a firm hand. If you do a great job moderating, we might even promote you to Moderator. Remember to take your job seriously.
As for your application, please show a good amount of maturity. You can do this by typing in good grammar and be honest. This is important!
Our final topic is detail.
Detail is very important! We need to know what to expect of you and what we're gonna hear from you! In your application, you need at least 6 detailed points on why you should get the job, and why you want it. Getting the template and working on your application for a couple of days on Word is recommended! Try to search up advice on the internet if you're stuck with something.
Prove you are ready to take on your new job. Add anything else that might support your staff experience, or how you are going to do your job. Again, effort is very important to your application! Take your time, and don't rush through it! Through the days, add some information you might have forgotten in your application. Add screenshots if you want to show your experience(or a map you built if you are applying for Builder).
If you get denied, don't give up. I have went through the same experience on other servers too. If I can do it, then I'm pretty sure you can do it too. The most worthy staff members never give up, and keep going when they fail.
Think of how you can plan out your application. Ask yourself questions.
What have I dedicated to the server?
Am I good enough to be on the Staff Team?
Do I need more detail?
Don't let failure get the best of you. Remember that nothing can stop you from being a Helper in Chaotic Legend! Absolutely nothing can. If you get accepted, then congratulations!
