How much time can you contribute to the server per day?: If the server isn't down, then usually for an hour or two. Depending on how many players are already in game. After Friday the 17th up to the 28th of July, I'll contribute more time because I will have finally finished school. However on the 28th I am going on holiday, meaning I will be offline for the rest of the summer, I might possibly come on once or twice.
Any past experience being staff: I'm currently builder on a server called TropicalDreams since 06/07/2015. I got the position because the owner liked the projects I have posted on PMC, and offered me the rank. If you'd like evidence that was actually the case, PM me.

How fast can you build a super detailed 30x30 mine: For this, I have timed myself. I built a 30x30x15 mine, the theme was a desert, because of the recent high temperatures. It took me 51minutes in total. If you want, I can post my outcome. :3
What past builds have you made:
I post most of my creations on PMC << *jman clickk*(Scroll down for my projects) seeking feedback, however recently I have deleted the majority of the projects to update them. I'm in the process of remaking them, so the next time I re-apply, (If I have to) I'll post more completed ones creations. Screenshots below in f5, because I'm a poser..)

SCENARIO #1: I finish homework at school, and don't have many chores, meaning I wouldn't come across this scenario.
However, if this was the case, I'd first ask if there is a specific theme. If so, I'd research it to get a clearer idea of what I want to build. I'd make the basic outline (Like this: imgur.com/sxw74mi)of the mine and do the chores I was buttigned. After I'm finished with that, I'd complete the mine. The homework I'd do before school. This is because I arrive at school an hour or two before It starts due to my train times. If I get the next train, there's a possibility I'll be slightly late so I end up arriving at school early.
SCENARIO #2: I can usually get mines done fast, meaning I'd finish in time.
How would your builds effect the server? More completed/appealing structures would help the server develop and attract more players.
What builds are you best at? You can judge that yourself. I enjoy smaller projects, meaning I'm more experienced with mines/smaller warps.
Anything else?: I'd also like to point out my flaws.
I like to spend long amounts of time on my projects, testing out different ideas. This means, I'm probably not as efficient as Casper or others. However, the positive side is, I'm usually pleased with the detailed outcome.
